South East London residents mainly voted Conservative in areas like Bromley and Biggin Hill, Bexleyheath and Crayford, and Old Bexley and Sidcup. However, Labour garnered support in Greenwich and Woolwich, Lewisham East, Lewisham North, and Lewisham West and East Dulwich.
In the 2019 UK general election, the Conservative Party secured a majority with 365 seats, an increase of 47 from the previous election. Labour, on the other hand, experienced a decrease, losing 59 seats and ending with 203 seats.
