Havering 'one of safest places in London', despite Romford Brewery stabbing

The leader of Havering Council has said keeping residents safe remains one of its top priorities after a stabbing in Romford yesterday.

As per Met Police statistics, Havering had fewer knife crime incidents per 1,000 people compared to London's average, despite a rise in such crimes.
