After going viral for running the length of Africa, Russ Cook plans to run from London to Germany to support England at Euro 2024.
The run will cover 352 miles from Wembley Stadium to Gelsenkirchen, with Cook aiming to watch each of England's games at the tournament.
Cook's sponsorship by Sports Direct and Score Draw will support The Running Charity, aiding young people facing homelessness and those with complex needs.
