After lobbying the Government, the Transport Secretary confirmed no legal barriers to donating non-compliant vehicles to Ukraine under the ULEZ scheme.
Donated vehicles will provide humanitarian and logistical support to Ukraine authorities, following the partnership between TfL and British-Ukrainian Aid for this initiative.
