A fatberg, near an Abbey Mills pumping station, was clogging long sections of the sewer, primarily made of silt, wet wipes, tampons, and condoms.
Efforts to clear the fatberg involved a team of 20 engineers working 11 days underground due to its complex size, weighing as much as three double-decker buses.
