A former officer in south west London, PC Williams, was found guilty of misconduct for making inappropriate comments and actions towards a female colleague, leading to his resignation from the Metropolitan Police.
PC Williams was also found to have acted inappropriately towards the public, shouting with the intent to shock or frighten them, which further contributed to his misconduct charges.
