Kensington and Chelsea followed Richmond, noted for its cultural landmarks like the Royal Albert Hall, and high average house prices near £2 million play a significant role in residents' contentment.
Conversely, Barking and Dagenham was identified as London's unhappiest borough, alongside Brent and Croydon, highlighting a stark contrast in the city's living conditions based on socioeconomic factors.
