Ballayat Sayeed, sentenced to over seven years in prison, restarted the 'RAD' drugs line established by his brother, who was previously jailed for 14 years for related offenses.
The investigation revealed that Sayeed built a large customer base for Class A and B drugs, managing an operation that could gross around £600,000 in 14 months.
Essex Police detailed that a minimum of 12,900 drug deals occurred over just more than nine months, showcasing the extensive nature of the operation.
Kailash Gunaseelan was implicated in running the drugs line phone, while Qasir Afzal was responsible for resupplying narcotics and overseeing drug runners.
