Chadwell Heath road set to be closed for more than 40 days

Longhayes Avenue will undergo a gas mains replacement, leading to a closure lasting a minimum of 43 days, starting February 24 and projected to run until at least April 7. The Barking and Dagenham Council has implemented a temporary traffic management order, which could extend up to 18 months if needed for additional work.
