D rivers have been warned of a forthcoming weekend part-closure of the Blackwall tunnel that will force many thousands to take long diversions to reach south London.The southbound tunnel will be closed from 10pm on March 31 until 5am on Monday April 3 to allow a new walking and cycling footbridge to be installed across the A102, the dual carriageway that emerges from the tunnel in north Greenwich.
