All the west London stations that could soon be served by the Overground

The West London Orbital (WLO) project is progressing with Mayor Sadiq Khan identifying it as a priority, emphasizing a feasible solution is nearly complete. The line will link existing areas like Hendon, West Hampstead, and Hounslow, potentially adding new stations. Funding will be crucial from various local and national sources to execute the project. Meanwhile, an increase in tube fares aims to support Transport for London's ambitious plans, including the WLO and ensuring effective use of the additional revenue generated.

In a London Assembly written response, Mayor Sadiq Khan affirmed that delivering the West London Orbital is a priority, citing a feasible solution for the project.

The proposed West London Orbital line would connect pivotal areas like Hendon, Brent Cross, West Hampstead, and Hounslow, possibly including new stations.

As tube fares are set to rise in March, the additional revenue is expected to support TfL's ambitious expansion plans, benefiting projects like the WLO.
