Bohs' Brennan earns first Republic of Ireland call-up

Aoibhe Brennan, an 18-year-old midfielder from Bohemians, has been called up to the Republic of Ireland senior squad for World Cup 2027 qualifiers. She has previously played for the under-19 team and started the Premier Division season strongly. The squad also sees the return of Jess Ziu and Lily Agg, who is back after a knee injury. The Irish team, currently at the bottom of Group A2, will face Poland in Gdansk and at the Aviva Stadium shortly after.
