The FBI is currently investigating the second apparent assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, occurring just nine weeks after a previous incident.
Witnesses reported seeing the suspect, Ryan Wesley Routh, jump from the bushes, coinciding with the Secret Service's response to the discovery of a rifle.
The investigation revealed that Routh's phone was tracked near the Trump International Golf Club during the critical timeframe of the attempted attack.
