An account called NFL Rookie Watch posted Saturday that the University of Colorado quarterback is 'prepared' to be drafted by the Las Vegas Raiders or Dallas Cowboys, and there is a 'high likelihood' he would refuse to play for the New York Giants or Cleveland Browns.
