Kennedy is currently running an independent, third party bid for the 2024 presidential election against incumbent Democratic President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump.
Kennedy, who is on the ballot in Utah and has collected signatures to be on the ballot in up to seven other states, now seeks to be on New York State's ballot for the November election.
Kennedy's campaign denies being left or right, stating its goals are to 'restore the middle class, unravel corporate capture of our government agencies, unwind the war machine, end the chronic disease epidemic, reduce the national debt, make homes affordable again, and protect our constitutional rights.'
