Newt Gingrich accidentally helped make the case against Donald Trump for retaining classified documents after he left the White House while trying to defend and compare him favorably to Joe Biden during an appearance on Fox News Tuesday morning.
We don't know what his [Biden's] intent is because I am not sure he is mentally competent enough to have an intent, replied Gingrich, bringing the conversation back around to Biden.
