"I think such assumptions are dangerous," warns Moeller, highlighting the importance of reviewing Medicare plans carefully each year as they can change.
The average Medicare beneficiary can choose from 21 standalone Part D plans and 43 Medicare Advantage plans, providing many options but also presenting complexity.
