On Thursday, former President Donald Trump called on Republican-led states to send their National Guard troops to the U.S.-Mexico border in Texas. But as Fox News' Steve Doocy pointed out to one of those GOP governors, President Joe Biden can always federalize those troops so they'd be following his orders as commander-in-chief.
Doocy welcomed Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) on Fox & Friends on Friday to discuss what he and the other Republican governors plan to do to support Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R), who has vowed to defy the order of the Supreme Court to stop putting razor wire where U.S. Border Patrol Agents need access to do their jobs, citing his state's right to defend itself against an invasion. But what about that pesky Title 10 of the U.S. Code that allows Biden to federalize the state's National Guard, which many Democrats are calling on Biden to do?
