McCarthy argued that that case is really bad for the White House. I mean, that's the trial in which Joe Biden is implicated, because these are the taxes that Hunter evaded while he was peddling his father's political influence.
The government won't call him. In fact, I think the special counsel, so-called here, his main job seems to have been to insulate Joe Biden from Hunter's wrongdoing to the point that even though I think Joe Biden's a central figure in the ginning up of the revenue that that case is about, the prosecutors have kept his name out of the indictment.
