I think in many respects, Sara, that President Biden is a little bit lucky that he was not prosecuted, because when you get beyond, you know, he's an older gentleman with a faulty memory, but you look at the substance of the matter, you know, he willfully retained classified material.
There's a Comey-equeness to this whole thing, Dent continued. James Comey basically chose not to bring charges against Hillary Clinton because of her mishandling classified material through her private server. But then he went on to indict her politically, saying she was careless and reckless in handling that material.
