President-elect Donald Trump has won Arizona, marking a full sweep of the seven swing states in the 2024 election and bringing his total electoral vote count to 312.
With his victory in Arizona, Trump has successfully won back all the states that Biden had flipped in 2020: Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, plus flipping Nevada.
The Associated Press has not yet called the U.S. Senate race in Arizona, where Democratic candidate Ruben Gallego has a slight margin over Republican Kari Lake, but the race remains too close to call.
Though Gallego's margin improved slightly, he did not secure enough of a lead to completely close off Lake's potential path to victory.
