The agency will be taking comments on both of the proposed rules until September 11. So far, provider groups are unhappy with the two plans, arguing that both physicians and provider organizations need more monetary relief. CMS' physician fee schedule conversion factor for 2024 is $32.75, which is down from $33.89 in 2023.
