We have launched X pages for select practice groups to give them the opportunity to enhance their reputations and achieve stronger client relationships by sharing targeted content. This has allowed us to develop best practices for our other platforms and to engage with followers that we do not see elsewhere. Our strategy changed after we experienced a surge in followers last year that led us to focus more on our firm page instead of practice group offshoots.
