The Agreement excludes third-party websites, apps, destinations, or offerings not owned or controlled, even when linked. Capitalized terms that are not otherwise defined have their meanings set forth in the Glossary. Use of the Service requires agreement to the Pitchfork Terms & Conditions, the Condé Nast User Agreement, and the Pitchfork Community Guidelines, with this Agreement taking precedence in the event of conflict. Registration or use constitutes consent to be bound. Users must review the Applicable Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The Agreement may be modified and material changes will be notified and reflected in the "Last Updated" date.
