It's more about increased uncertainty about the future and if President Biden is not reelected, the possibility of a major house cleaning.
Dan Binstock, a partner at Garrison, noted an uptick in candidates from federal government positions looking to move, with some firms receiving 'five to six resumes a day from DOJ candidates.'
