About 90 lawyers and staff from Seyfarth Shaw are joining Berry Appleman & Leiden, increasing headcount by approximately 10%.

Berry Appleman & Leiden is opening a new Atlanta office due to the expansion, becoming their 13th U.S. office, though some lawyers will work from other locations.
