Mark Cory, who was found to have abused seven pupils at Aberdour School, died in 2020 without facing sentencing due to Alzheimerâs disease. He taught at the school from 1953 to 1994 and also served as a Scout master. Following the trial, more victims have come forward, including a former pupil now suing Cory's estate. The legal representatives have indicated that any potential claims must be submitted before the estate is finalized.
