Law schools notoriously struggle to create 'practice ready' lawyers. While some institutions offer top-notch clinical experiences, there's no easy way to immerse students in practice when every few hours they need to close up shop on that draft memo to read 50 pages of commentary for their doctrinal Law of Basketweaving course.
Current law students have an opportunity to get the sort of intensive trial and appellate advocacy training that law schools can't provide. MoloLamken is currently accepting applications from current 2Ls to participate in the MoloLamken Advocacy Academy.
