I doubt that January 6 would have ever occurred had it not been for the enabling of that effort by lawyers of the legal profession, and they were some of the finest lawyers and constitutional lawyers in the country.
The lawyers involved tried to [use] technical law to support the president of the United States in overturning an election that he had lost fair and square, it was indefensible and inexcusable.
