All three of those animals died, the detectives learned. Based on those statements, detectives wrote they believed Magliocco and Womack knew Rambo was a potentially dangerous dog and failed to remove"
Genna Magliocco, 39, and Charles Womack, 54, face a felony charge of willful cruelty on a child causing death after their 1-month-old daughter, Chevy, died in a dog attack on Oct. 8. Police seized three adult dogs and identified a 3-year-old pitbull mix named Rambo as the dog believed to have jumped through a window into a back house and attacked the infant. The couple reported prior incidents in which Rambo killed two cats and, with two other pitbull mixes, killed a small backyard dog. Detectives say the parents did not report the prior attacks to animal control, did not remove Rambo, and were later arrested; they pleaded not guilty.
