The couple met her multiple times in 2024 and 2025 for venue tours, menu tastings, and planning the reception and ceremony layout. After spending extensive time refining details, they began noticing delayed responses and repeated conversations. The couple felt something had changed and believed the planner was less honest than before. As the wedding date approached, the planner claimed the business was insolvent, leaving the couple devastated.
