Rainbow Families Action and District 1 Supervisor Connie Chan introduced a Board of Supervisors resolution reaffirming San Francisco's commitment to TGNCl2S residents' and employees' right to obtain gender-affirming care without discrimination and demanding providers and insurers comply with state and local laws mandating medically necessary care. A Patients Before Politics rally on City Hall steps will support the resolution with allies including the San Francisco Labor Council and the Harvey Milk Democratic Club. Earlier activism included a march on Governor Newsom's house by over 100 parents and kids on Trans Visibility Day.
