TRP Investment Group has bought a 28,000-square-foot event center in Irvine for $10.6 million to serve as the new headquarters for its Tax Resolution Plus service.
The deal works out to $379 per square foot. Tax Resolution Plus, which shares executives with TRP and operates out of the same Santa Ana office according to state business records, will relocate to the Irvine building.
