Kanye West has reduced the price of his gutted, 4,000-square-foot concrete beachfront house in Malibu by $14 million, now listed at $39 million after failing to complete renovations.
The unfinished property lacks windows, doors, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and interior finishes, requiring several million dollars to finish the renovation, according to listing agent Jason Oppenheim.
