Industrious is opening new coworking offices in Westwood and Santa Monica, with leases secured for the sizable locations. The company partnered with Douglas Emmett in Westwood Village and plans to open in Santa Monica at the Lincoln Wilshire building.
CBRE is heavily investing in Industrious, with $100 million announced in 2022 to accelerate international growth. Industrious also obtained a significant investment from a Dallas-based firm of around $200 million in shares the year before.
