The seller was Keith "Lucky" Lehrer, a drummer for punk bands including Circle Jerks, Bad Religion, and Wasted Youth. The 1967 contemporary home underwent renovation by AUX Architects and spans approximately 4,200 square feet with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Notable features include a music studio, yoga room, swimming pool with raised spa, open-plan living areas, chef's kitchen, and master suite with glass-enclosed shower and terrace access. Lehrer purchased the property six years prior for $3.2 million. The Magness couple founded Smokewood Entertainment in 2007, producing the Oscar-winning film "Precious" and other entertainment projects.
