Exclusive | Christina Ricci lists sleek California home for $4.17M as the LA wildfires spurred a family move
Briefly

Christina Ricci is selling her Los Angeles home for $4.17 million following a family member's displacement due to the January 7 Palisades Fire. The actress, who purchased the Silver Lake property for $4 million in July 2024, is seeking a larger space to house her relative, whose home was destroyed. This decision comes shortly after Ricci received a Hollywood Walk of Fame star. The modern, two-story home features spectacular downtown views, smart-home automation, and bespoke elements, making it a desirable location amid the challenges she faces personally.
Space quickly became an issue in the current residence. "I think she would have liked more time, but the family member moved in with her," Getz said.
Lorraine Getz of Compass, overseeing the sale, told The Post the decision was swift. "She's purchasing a new home to accommodate the family member that lost their home," Getz said.
