Cityview, a multifamily investor based in California, has purchased a portfolio of six apartment buildings in Los Angeles and West Hollywood for $63 million.
Blackstone's 68-acre, 10-building office park in Las Vegas is reportedly facing default, while Cityview is planning to build a 140-unit complex in Downtown Walnut Creek.
