A French chateau in Beverly Hills' gated Beverly Park community has topped the latest Eklund Weekly Luxury Report with a signed contract for $48.5 million.
The lavish mansion features 16,000 square feet of living space, including nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, antique French chandeliers, fireplaces, and many recreational amenities.
In total, the Eklund report indicated that 27 contracts were signed last week, totaling $208 million, with nearly all representing high-end residential properties.
Comparatively, last week saw an increase in luxury contracts, with the current volume significantly higher than the previous week which totaled only $121 million.
