LeBron James was 40 points away from being the first player to score 40,000 points in his career, with only 9 points left after a recent game against the Washington Wizards.
Scoring 9 points against the Nuggets in his next game shouldn't be much of a problem for James, who hasn't scored in single digits since January 2007.
