Austin Reaves roasted himself after his bad game returning from injury against Knicks
Briefly

Austin Reaves returned to the Lakers after a brief absence due to a calf injury but had a difficult game, shooting poorly and failing to register an assist. Despite this, the Lakers won, and Reaves acknowledged his struggles while expressing satisfaction with the team's victory. He did manage to hit an important shot in overtime, highlighting his role even when not at his best. Head coach JJ Redick noted that Reaves' return allowed Gabe Vincent to shine in the fourth quarter. The Lakers will look to have Reaves back to form against the Celtics shortly.
It was a pretty miserable performance on my part, but happy to get a win," Reaves said. "I just wanted to get back out there and hoop and tonight I didn't even really hoop. I was just out there.
I've seen [Hayes] make that pass a couple of times," Reaves said. "I really thought he was about to just get off that left foot and get on the rim cause obviously we've all seen that. I don't know if I'd have passed it to me in that situation with the game I was having. So I appreciate you, Jaxson.
