Aaron Ekblad is back 'battling' with Panthers in playoffs, but knows he needs to improve
Briefly

Aaron Ekblad celebrated his return to the Florida Panthers after serving a lengthy 20-game suspension for violating performance-enhancing substance regulations. Despite the Panthers' tough 5-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup playoffs, Ekblad expressed a deep appreciation for being back on the ice, highlighting the significance of sharing both wins and losses with his teammates. Though he had a challenging game, playing just under 21 minutes and conceding multiple goals, Ekblad aims to push the Panthers to extend their playoff run as they lead the series 2-1.
"To be battling with the team means everything - win or lose. Enjoying the good moments and suffering through the tough ones is everything you want as an athlete."
Even though it ultimately wasn't his night, Ekblad was on the ice for 20:20 on Saturday, fourth on team behind Seth Jones, Gustav Forsling, and Sam Reinhart.
