Coupang Play, which is selling the tickets and streaming the games, said it was not immediately able to confirm how many people accessed the ticketing platform.
The rest of the tickets are reserved for Coupang WOW members and residents of South Korea. To purchase tickets via Coupang WOW, one must have a Korean phone number and a government-issued identification card.
