Although the Dodgers have stars at the top of their rotation like Tyler Glasnow and Yoshinobu Yamamoto, durability is a big question mark for both. While the Dodgers may not exactly utilize a six-man rotation, someone like Grove gives them flexibility when trying to give their starters some extra rest.
