The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation is set to build two new Dodgers Dreamfields at Loma Alta Park in Altadena following damage from the Eaton Fire. This restoration aims to revive the park as a central community hub, providing multi-generational programming and essential services for families. The park will also serve as a gathering space for displaced residents. Funding will come from 50/50 raffles, and local officials emphasize the importance of parks in fostering healthier communities, especially during the recovery process from the fire.
We are proud to partner in the reimagining of Loma Alta Park by bringing two new Dodgers Dreamfields to Altadena.
These fields will stand as a testament to the community's resilience, providing a safe space for youth and their families as they continue to heal from the impacts of the Eaton Fire.
Parks are essential to building healthier, happier, and more connected communities, and Loma Alta Park is truly the heartbeat of this neighborhood.
With Loma Alta Park being the first park in Altadena to reopen, having access to these upgraded fields will create invaluable opportunities for local youth.
