The Milwaukee Brewers have designated former Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Mitch White for assignment and recalled Kevin Herget from Triple-A Nashville.
Before Toronto acquired him, White showed a lot of promise as a prospect with the Dodgers, then as a rookie starter/long reliever.
The Blue Jays hoped White would perform for them like he did with the Dodgers but that didn't happen. He fell apart.
