The Los Angeles Dodgers congratulate former catcher Russell Martin on his induction into the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame, Class of 2024. Martin, a two-time All-Star catcher, Gold Glove award winner and Silver Slugger with the Dodgers, played six seasons of his 14-year Major League career with the club.
Martin also played for the New York Yankees, Pittsburgh Pirates and Toronto Blue Jays in 14 major league seasons. In total, the Ontario native made four MLB All-Star squads with 191 career home runs and 771 career RBIs with a .248 batting average.
