Dodgers News: Will Smith, Chris Taylor Hopeful Trajekt Arc Machine Helps NLDS Preparation

"It's a great tool," manager Dave Roberts said. "A lot of those guys are in there all the time. It just gives you that real live look at a pitcher."

"Obviously, it's still a machine," Smith said. "You're not actually seeing [the ball come out of] the hand. Yet, it's the best option out there."

"Pitchers have all these [tools] they use," Taylor said. "So it's nice for us to be catching up a little bit."

"guys have said when they get in the game, it slows the ball down," Taylor added.
