Dodgers' Miguel Rojas Reveals How He's Maintained Elite Shortstop at the MLB Level
Briefly

I found a routine a few years ago that kind of checks all the boxes that I need to be a good shortstop. And taking pride in being a shortstop first... I like to play the position, and that's the position that I always want to play.
Working smarter, not harder...limiting ground ball reps and being precise with all training.
I'm 35 years old now. And then, when you're mid-30s, your mind is racing, and your mind is telling you you can do so many things, but at the same time, you got to listen to your body... I'm kind of understanding a little bit more how that term works.
