The Los Angeles Dodgers signed All-Star outfielder Kyle Tucker to a four-year, $240 million contract. Tucker declined a 10-year, $350 million offer and interest from other teams, citing the Dodgers' first-class organization and championship-caliber roster as his reasons for choosing Los Angeles. Tucker expressed excitement about joining the club and competing for another title, hoping for a three-peat. Manager Dave Roberts indicated Tucker will bat second or third in the lineup. The Dodgers designated outfielder Michael Siani for assignment to open a 40-man roster spot. Tucker, 29, slashed .266/.377/.464 with 22 homers and 73 RBI in 136 games in 2025.
